Alcatraz Technologies provides customers with a tailored maintenance service to ensure optimum product performance, we have in time past offered clients, after sales and installation and technical support through our subsidiary companies directly and indirectly.
Maintenance and Repairs
No matter how well equipment has been designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned, the possibility for failure cannot be ignored. Programmed preventative maintenance can extend product life, reduce the likelihood of down-time and keep your premises and staff safe and secure. Such program also may permit the equipment to be updated in line with the latest technological advances and standards. We take it as our greatest challenge to attend to all emergency calls so as to avert crisis and send copies of service reports and maintenance check list to you.
What We Offer On Our Maintenance Services
Essential Response Service (ERS)
We are able to respond on time to our clients call outs as and when you require us to be on site. This service is offered as an “ERS”.
We will be on site to fix your problem at our standard call-out rate plus hours worked on site plus necessary parts.
All Inclusive Service Contract
We will attend site four (4) times in a year to carry out routine service and maintenance checks to ensure that our client’s equipments are in optimum running order, i.e. customers with this maintenance contract, Alcatraz Technologies will be able to respond to call-outs as a priority. Kindly note, that all call outs and associated hours are included in the cost of servicing.

After Sales /Training Support Services Unit
Continuous training of security personnel is a major requirement in effective security systems. Security management training is as important as deploying technology, as this would help in enhancing a synergy between physical security and automation. Security personnel should be knowledgeable in the techniques and skills required of them to effectively discharge their duties. Hence, the deployment of technologies for security management and surveillance operations will not be complete without adequate knowledge on how to use them. We therefore recommend at least two (2) training sessions per year for security personnel, including those at management level involved in security operations.
We will be more than willing to come share some of our experiences that cannot be captured here like inter connectivity between your house, your routes, the office and indeed the entire organization.
